How to order on LoloBuy: product links, options and payment stages

Follow the ordering process from a marketplace link to warehouse inspection and a separately submitted international parcel.

At a glance

Check the item before payment, the warehouse evidence before shipping, and the parcel quote before dispatch. Each stage answers a different question.

Begin on the official site

Use the official LoloBuy website for registration, account access and payment. This independent catalogue helps with discovery; it does not collect your account password or process your order. Check the destination when opening a product and keep purchase conversations attached to the relevant order.

The official buying guide describes starting with a product link from a supported Chinese marketplace. The item you select is supplied by the seller behind that listing. That distinction matters because a purchasing service and a seller do not control the same parts of the transaction.

Check the imported product

Paste the original product link or use the catalogue’s matching LoloBuy button. Compare the resulting page with the source before selecting options. Check the main image, item name, seller information where available, selected colour, size and quantity. Do not rely on the image alone.

If the page presents a manual shopping-agent form, the official guide says to enter the order information manually. Fill it from the actual listing rather than guessing missing options. When a required detail is unclear, clarify it through the order enquiry process before asking the buyer to proceed.

  • Product matches the original URL
  • Option text matches the intended colour and size
  • Quantity and unit price refer to the same configuration
  • Any special requirement is written clearly

Understand the first payment

The official purchase workflow separates the item and Chinese domestic delivery from the later international parcel. Review the first payment line by line. Selecting a destination during purchase does not mean that the displayed item total includes every charge needed to deliver the goods to that destination.

Payment methods, currencies and optional services should be checked in the current checkout. A help article’s general list is not a promise that every method is available for your account or order. Save the payment record and compare it with the order status rather than paying again because a page refresh feels slow.

Respond to order questions

LoloBuy has a “Pending for Confirmation” status for information that needs to be verified. Its help page directs the buyer to the instructions on the order. Read the actual question and reply to that issue: it could affect whether the purchasing team can continue.

The official modification guidance distinguishes items the seller has not dispatched from items already sent. Before dispatch, the buyer can ask the seller about a change; after dispatch, a return and new order may be needed. A requested change is not a completed change until the order record confirms it.

Review arrival and inspection

Warehouse arrival and completed inspection are separate milestones. Find the item in the warehouse area and compare the photos and recorded option with your purchase. Check identity first, then the visible details that matter to you. Resolve an obvious mismatch before including the item in an international parcel.

Do not assume all products receive the same inspection. The official standard-inspection policy describes limits for sealed products and special handling for some 1688 orders. If you need a particular measurement or view, check whether it is available for your order rather than treating a general QC image as proof of everything.

Submit the parcel as its own decision

The official workflow instructs users to select stored items, enter delivery details and choose from the available shipping options. Review the destination, restrictions, packing choices and freight deposit together. An item that has been bought is not automatically an international parcel ready for dispatch.

The final freight can differ after packing and logistics measurement. Watch the parcel record for any adjustment or confirmation request. Once dispatched, use the parcel section for tracking, keep the order references and check the contents promptly when the delivery arrives.

Practical checklist

  • Confirm the original product and exact option.
  • Review item and domestic-delivery charges.
  • Answer pending confirmation requests.
  • Check your warehouse photos and unresolved issues.
  • Review the separate international parcel quote.
