LoloBuy QC photos: a practical inspection checklist before shipping

Separate seller photos from your own warehouse inspection and check identity, visible condition and the details that still need evidence.

At a glance

Start with the item and option you ordered. Then use the available views to decide what is clear, what needs another photo and what should be resolved before dispatch.

Identify the evidence you are looking at

A product gallery is part of the seller’s offer. A reference QC photo may show an earlier order. Your own warehouse photos relate to the item received for your purchase. Keep those categories separate when making a decision, especially when a product has several colours, versions or sizes.

Begin by matching the order reference, product and selected option. A detailed photo of the wrong version is not useful reassurance. If the image set cannot be connected to the item in your warehouse, ask for that connection before judging its appearance.

Check identity before small details

Review size, colour, quantity and model first. Look for consistent labels and views of the same item. A photo set can be attractive while still showing the wrong size tag or an incomplete set. Compare what you see with your saved order selection instead of relying on memory.

For a pair of shoes, check both shoes and the visible size markings. For a garment, check the selected colour and labelled size. For a bag or accessory set, check that the expected components are visible. These are practical review steps, not a guarantee that every hidden detail has been inspected.

Use a category-specific checklist

For clothing, useful views include the overall shape, front and back, seams, print or embroidery and any area where the fit depends on a measurement. For footwear, inspect the pair together, visible construction and the requested size. For bags, closures, handles and interior views can answer different questions.

Write down only the details that influence your decision. A long generic list can distract from the one missing measurement or damaged closure that matters. If the front view is clear but the back is missing, ask for the missing view rather than another general photo of the same angle.

  • Confirm identity and selected option
  • Inspect visible condition and construction
  • Compare any requested measurements
  • List missing views separately from observed defects

Understand the standard service limits

LoloBuy’s standard-inspection page describes appearance checks and exclusions. In particular, sealed items are not always opened, and certain professional or electronic products are not checked for authenticity, function or quality. Some 1688 orders follow sampling or different inspection rules.

The official pages do not agree on a single universal photo allowance: the inspection page and broader service page describe different counts. Check the service attached to your order instead of assuming an exact number. The useful question is whether the available evidence covers the issue you need to decide.

Ask for a specific additional view

A focused request identifies the order, the area to photograph and the reason. For example: “Please show the size label and measure the garment’s flat chest width from seam to seam.” That is clearer than asking whether the item is good. Check any service availability or charge before requesting extra work.

Use the same measurement method as the seller’s chart. Flat garment width and body circumference are different quantities. Keep the picture and measurement together so that a number cannot be mistaken for a measurement of another size or another item.

Make a documented decision

Sort findings into confirmed, unclear and unacceptable. If a detail is unclear, request evidence. If the item appears to differ from the order, use the relevant support or return process before international shipping. Keep a short description of the issue and the photos that demonstrate it.

Photos cannot establish every material property, comfort, long-term durability or internal function. Approving visible condition is a narrower decision. Read the return conditions while the item is still in the warehouse, and do not treat successful QC as a promise about customs or international delivery.

Practical checklist

  • Match the photos to your own order.
  • Verify size, colour, model and quantity first.
  • Ask for the specific missing view or measurement.
  • Check the inspection service and its exclusions.
  • Resolve significant issues before parcel submission.
