LoloBuy: answers before you order.
Researched from official LoloBuy help pages. Where official pages differ, the answer explains what needs checking.
What does LoloBuy do?
LoloBuy acts as a purchasing agent: you provide a seller listing, select the item, pay for the purchase and Chinese domestic delivery, then review the warehouse stage before arranging international shipping. The seller supplies the goods. A product link or spreadsheet entry is a starting point for checking an order, not confirmation of current stock.
How do I order through LoloBuy?
Paste the original product link into LoloBuy, check the imported listing and select the exact color, size and quantity. Review the item price, domestic delivery and any requested services before payment. LoloBuy’s official guide then separates purchasing, warehouse inspection and international parcel submission into distinct stages.
What if LoloBuy cannot read my product link?
The official buying guide describes a manual shopping-agent order form when automatic import is unavailable. Complete the actual product information and chosen options, and review the order before submitting it. Do not replace a marketplace item ID with a spreadsheet’s internal page number: they identify different records.
Can several items share one Chinese delivery fee?
LoloBuy’s domestic-delivery FAQ describes one charge when products from the same seller are submitted and checked out together. An unusually large or heavy order can require an additional delivery payment. This arrangement does not automatically combine charges across different sellers or include international shipping.
How do I ask LoloBuy to apply a seller’s discount?
Record the real promotion or free-domestic-shipping offer in the order remarks so the purchasing agent can verify it with the seller. The official help also describes using Order Enquiry if the promotion information was omitted. A claimed discount must be checked; a spreadsheet cannot promise that an old offer still applies.
Can I change my size or color after ordering?
Before the seller dispatches the item, LoloBuy says it can negotiate a change. After dispatch, the help page describes a possible warehouse return followed by a new order instead, with return delivery costs. Send the request against the actual order promptly and wait for acceptance before assuming the option has changed.
What does Pending for Confirmation mean?
Some order details need your confirmation. Read and answer the message attached to the order. Official help directs purchased-order questions to Shopping Agent Order and warehouse-stage questions to My Warehouse, where an accept-or-return decision may be requested. Menu wording can vary; waiting for a tracking update does not answer the request.
What is the difference between Received and In Stock?
The official status guide uses Received when the warehouse has signed for the seller’s parcel and inspection is underway. In Stock means the quality check is complete and the items are stored in your inventory. Warehouse receipt therefore does not mean your QC review or international shipment is already finished.
What does standard QC check?
LoloBuy’s standard inspection checks visible order details such as style, quantity, color, size, model and obvious damage. Read the actual inspection service and your order photos together. A visual check is not a guarantee of authenticity, precise fit or long-term durability.
Are sealed items and electronics fully tested?
No. The inspection rules describe exceptions for sealed products and explicitly exclude authenticity, function and quality testing for professional electronics and related goods. With the no-inspection option, the warehouse checks restrictions but does not verify the product or provide QC photos. Review the chosen service before relying on an inspection result.
Can I request more QC photos?
The service overview describes additional photos on request; the photo-service page also offers Secondary Quality Inspection when inspection was skipped before storage. The official pages give differing standard photo counts. Check your selected service and request the specific missing view or measurement, rather than assuming every order includes the same number of images.
How long can items stay in the LoloBuy warehouse?
The dedicated storage page and current status guide state 180 days for ordinary stored goods, while an older buying guide still says 90. Abnormal unmatched parcels have separate rules. Check the deadline displayed for your own item and arrange shipping or any extension before it expires; do not rely on the older guide alone.
Can I ship several purchases in one parcel?
The buying guide describes selecting stored items in My Warehouse and submitting them for delivery together. Check that all chosen items have completed the necessary review and that the available route accepts the resulting parcel. Combining items changes the packed parcel; it does not guarantee a lower total freight charge.
Can LoloBuy remove boxes before shipping?
The Package Removal service can be selected when submitting delivery. Its official description says necessary protective packaging is retained. If you need original boxes for a gift, storage or a possible return, consider that before choosing removal. The final packing result and freight depend on the goods and chosen shipment.
Why can the final shipping charge differ from the estimate?
The initial freight is based on estimated weight and the chosen destination and route. Packing can change weight and dimensions, and the logistics provider’s charge determines settlement. LoloBuy describes refunding overpayments or requesting a supplemental payment when the actual freight differs. Check the final parcel quote and account message.
What is volumetric weight?
It converts the parcel’s dimensions into a weight used for billing bulky goods. LoloBuy’s help distinguishes route-specific formulas and notes that billable weight can be the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Use the divisor and rounding rules shown for your selected route, not a universal price-per-kilogram claim.
What should I do about an extra shipping-payment notice?
Open the corresponding parcel and review the revised charge and confirmation request. LoloBuy’s supplemental-payment rules use different handling thresholds and include cases where a parcel can be held or canceled. Respond to the deadline shown for your parcel and settle any accepted balance; do not treat the original estimate as final.
Where can I track my international parcel?
The official buying guide directs users to My LoloBuy → Parcels after dispatch. The status guide distinguishes Packed from Shipped: a packed parcel may still await final weight confirmation, while Shipped means it has a tracking number and has been handed to the carrier. Read the latest carrier event as well as the account status.
Can I cancel an order before it reaches the warehouse?
Cancellation depends on the current order stage. Use the relevant order’s cancellation or return/refund option. Once the item has been purchased, seller confirmation may be required; a submitted request is not an approved refund. Check the response in that order before making a replacement purchase.
What does LoloBuy’s five-day return rule cover?
The dedicated rule describes a 120-hour request window starting at the next hour after Stocked in for eligible goods. Seller agreement, item condition and required packaging still apply. A no-fault return can involve both domestic shipping legs and a handling fee. Check eligibility and the actual request page promptly.
Where is an approved refund sent?
The return-help page generally describes crediting approved refunds to the LoloBuy account balance. It separately describes a narrow original-payment-method exception for certain PayPal orders awaiting approval. This is not a promise that every refund goes straight to a bank card, or evidence that every payment method is currently available.
What should I do if my delivered parcel is damaged or wrong?
Open the affected parcel in My LoloBuy → Parcels and use Apply After-sales. Describe the issue and retain clear photos of the parcel and product. The official article contains conflicting claim windows, including an earlier warning, so report the problem immediately and obtain case-specific confirmation rather than waiting for a generic deadline.
How should I choose a clothing or shoe size?
LoloBuy’s size reference warns that store standards can differ. Compare the actual seller’s measurement chart, units and chosen option with your measurements or a well-fitting item. Its conversion tables are references, not a guarantee that one label fits across every seller. Ask about missing measurements before ordering.
Do 1688 orders use the same purchase and inspection rules?
The official 1688 guide requires the seller’s minimum quantity; prices and domestic freight can vary with quantity. Inspection rules distinguish sampled Type A products from Type B products without standard QC. Confirm the quantity, inspection scope and return terms before payment instead of assuming retail-order treatment.
