How to use a LoloBuy spreadsheet: turn a product link into a useful shortlist

Find products by category, compare the exact listing and keep the details you need before opening an item on LoloBuy.

At a glance

A useful spreadsheet helps you narrow the search. A useful shortlist records the exact item, option and unanswered questions you will need for the order.

Start with a buying decision, not a long list

A LoloBuy spreadsheet is a product discovery tool. You can browse a category, look at product images and follow a listing to the next step. It does not mean that the catalogue publisher has purchased every item, tested the seller or reserved your chosen size. Treat each row as a lead that needs checking.

Before searching, write down the type of item you need, the measurements that matter and an approximate item budget. Searching for a black zip hoodie is more useful than collecting every attractive clothing link. A narrower question also makes it easier to recognise when a listing is missing essential information.

Keep the original product identity

The number in a catalogue page address may be a local record number. It can differ from the marketplace product ID used in the purchase link. Do not change the numbers by hand to make a link look right. Use the matching product button, then compare the item that opens with the listing you intended to buy.

Save the original seller URL with your chosen option. A screenshot can preserve a useful view, but it is less useful if you cannot tell which seller, size or colour it belongs to. If a link opens a different product or an empty listing, pause and check it before proceeding.

Compare like with like

A starting price can apply to the least expensive option, a single accessory or a different quantity. Compare the same item configuration across listings. A two-piece set and a single top are not a meaningful price comparison, even when their thumbnail images look similar.

Check whether the gallery shows the selected colour and whether a size chart exists. Identical photographs across sellers do not establish identical construction or stock. Your comparison should record the evidence that is present and leave a visible gap where something important is unknown.

  • Exact item and seller URL
  • Selected size, colour and quantity
  • Current price for that option
  • Measurements or size-chart reference
  • One unresolved question before ordering

Use the official buying handoff

LoloBuy’s buying guide describes submitting a marketplace link, selecting the available options and paying for the item and domestic delivery. It also describes a manual order form when product information cannot be captured automatically. Opening a link successfully is therefore only the start of the order review.

On the official product page, check the image, option text and quantity again. A catalogue cannot guarantee current stock or preserve a choice that you have not selected in the checkout. Keep any special requirement specific enough for a buyer to act on, such as the exact colour name or a measurement question.

Separate discovery photos from your own QC

A seller gallery explains the offer. A historical warehouse image can show someone else’s item. The inspection images attached to your own order are the evidence to review before sending that item overseas. These three image types answer different questions and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Your shortlist should travel with the order. When the item reaches the warehouse, compare the recorded option with the visible size tag, colour and quantity. A mismatch is easier to explain when you have the original selection and order reference together.

Make the shortlist useful after purchase

Keep only the strongest candidates and record why each survived the comparison. For example, one hoodie may have a clearer measurement chart while another has an unresolved fabric detail. This turns a collection of links into a decision you can revisit without starting the research again.

Before buying, read the ordering and budget guides. Before parcel submission, read the QC and shipping guides. The spreadsheet is most useful when it connects those stages rather than presenting an item price as the complete cost of a delivered order.

Practical checklist

  • Save the exact source URL and option.
  • Compare matching quantities and configurations.
  • Resolve missing measurements before payment.
  • Check the imported listing on LoloBuy.
  • Review order-specific QC before shipping.
