LoloBuy warehouse guide: inspection, storage and consolidation

Organise stored items, resolve QC questions and choose packaging with the complete parcel in mind.

At a glance

The warehouse stage is your chance to connect the purchase record with the received item and decide what is ready to ship together.

Distinguish arrival from readiness

A seller’s delivery scan means a domestic package has reached a point in its journey. It does not by itself show that your item is inspected, correctly matched and ready for international dispatch. LoloBuy’s status guide separates received goods, inspection and stored inventory.

Use the warehouse record rather than a single tracking message as your working list. Keep the order number, selected option and QC status for each item. If several seller packages arrive together, this prevents one completed item from hiding a question about another.

Build a small warehouse checklist

For each item, record what you ordered, what the warehouse shows and what remains unresolved. This can be as simple as four columns: item, correct option, inspection decision and packing instruction. The point is to keep a pending question visible before you assemble a parcel.

Review the images against the original selection. A missing photo and a visible defect require different actions. For an unclear detail, ask for the relevant evidence. For an apparent mismatch, explain the difference with the order reference and consider the applicable return process.

  • Order and exact option
  • Warehouse receipt and inspection status
  • Open question or return request
  • Keep or remove original packaging
  • Ready for international parcel: yes or no

Check your storage deadline directly

The official material contains conflicting storage statements: the buying guide mentions 90 days, while the storage and status pages mention 180 days. The storage page also describes separate treatment for unmatched abnormal packages. These differences should not be reduced to one unconditional promise.

Check the storage information attached to your own item and clarify any discrepancy before relying on a deadline. Record the date and any paid extension you choose. Do not leave goods waiting indefinitely because a general article gives a longer period than the current warehouse record.

Consolidate compatible, resolved items

The official buying guide describes selecting stored items for an international delivery or buying more and sending items together later. Consolidation lets you plan the parcel as a whole. It does not make every combination acceptable for every route.

Before combining items, consider restrictions, fragility and unresolved issues. An item waiting for a return decision should not be treated as ready. A delicate accessory may need a different protection choice from clothing. Compare the eventual parcel dimensions and weight, not just the number of products.

Write precise packaging instructions

LoloBuy’s package-removal help describes removing unnecessary packaging while preserving protection that the product needs. If you want original packaging for a gift or collection, leave removal unselected and make the requirement clear. The value of a box is not always its shipping weight.

Use item-specific instructions where needed: keep a fragile item’s protective support, retain one retail box, or ask which packing choice is available. Review any extra service charge in the current parcel form. Do not assume that the same packaging approach fits every category.

Do a final parcel review

Confirm the item list, quantities, recipient details, selected route and services before submission. Check that all intended items are included and nothing with an unresolved issue has slipped into the parcel. This short review is easier than trying to reconstruct the choice after packing.

The official weight and freight-settlement pages explain that final measurements can change the charge. Keep an eye on parcel messages after submission, including requests for confirmation or additional payment. Once dispatched, use the parcel tracking record and keep the warehouse evidence until the delivery has been checked.

Practical checklist

  • Review every item before marking it ready.
  • Check the deadline shown for your own storage record.
  • Keep return questions separate from shipping-ready items.
  • Specify packaging choices that fit each product.
  • Review the final parcel list and freight adjustments.
