LoloBuy tracking: distinguish the order from the international parcel
Read purchase, warehouse and parcel stages correctly, and collect useful evidence when a tracking update is unclear.

An order status and a carrier scan describe different parts of the journey. Keep the item, domestic package and international parcel references separate.

Know what you are tracking
A product can have a purchasing order, a seller’s domestic shipment and a later international parcel. These are related records, but they are not the same shipment. A domestic delivery message can mean arrival at the warehouse rather than delivery to your home.
Create a simple reference list when the order progresses: product/order number, seller tracking reference if shown, warehouse item record and international parcel number. This makes it easier to ask about the correct stage without sending support a screenshot that refers to a different journey.
Read the purchase stages first
LoloBuy’s official status guide distinguishes awaiting payment, processing, ordered and shipped by the seller. Processing concerns the purchase workflow; it does not mean that an international carrier is moving your parcel. Read the status wording before looking for an overseas tracking update.
The same guide describes received goods and inventory after inspection. If the domestic carrier says delivered but the warehouse inspection is not complete, those records can describe consecutive stages rather than a contradiction. Check the item record and any confirmation request for the next required action.
Then read the parcel stages
After you create an international parcel, its status has its own sequence. The official page describes waiting for payment, processing, packed and shipped. It also tells users to watch for freight changes after final weighing. A created parcel should not be mistaken for a dispatched parcel.
Use the actual record rather than the existence of a reference number alone. A label or number can be prepared before the next visible carrier movement. When comparing systems, note which page says the package has been handed over and which event the carrier has actually recorded.
- Purchase/order reference
- International parcel reference
- Carrier tracking number
- Last event, location and timestamp
- Any pending confirmation or payment
Interpret quiet periods carefully
A gap between scans does not identify the cause by itself. Check the selected route’s current estimate, the last recorded event and any official notice relevant to that route. Do not turn a typical duration from an old post into a promised deadline for your parcel.
Avoid repeatedly opening different tracking sites and treating every wording difference as a new event. Keep a dated record of meaningful changes. If the current stage appears inconsistent or an action is requested, raise that specific issue through the parcel or order support channel.
Send a useful support question
Provide the order or parcel identifier, the tracking number, the last visible event and the question you need answered. For example: “The parcel record says shipped, but the carrier has not shown a handover event. Can you confirm the handover status?” This is more actionable than “Where is everything?”
LoloBuy’s buying guide points users to the parcel area for tracking after dispatch. Use the enquiry connected with the affected record where possible. Do not include unrelated account details or payment credentials in a message about a tracking event.
Keep evidence through delivery
When the parcel arrives, check the outer condition and contents promptly. Retain the packaging, label and clear photos if an item is wrong, missing or damaged. Match the received items with the final parcel list rather than an earlier shortlist that may include products you did not ship.
The official parcel after-sales page asks for a detailed description and photos where an item is wrong or damaged, but its deadline statements conflict. Act promptly and verify the applicable deadline in the live support process. Do not wait because a general guide seems to offer a longer period.
Practical checklist
- Separate domestic and international references.
- Check whether the parcel is created, packed or dispatched.
- Read the last event with its timestamp.
- Send support a specific, documented question.
- Check delivery promptly and retain relevant evidence.
